Alloy Online teams up with Cosmogirl.com to target Generation Y

Teen marketer Alloy Online announces a partnership with CosmoGIRL! Magazine and Cosmogirl.com.

Alloy Online, a leading teen-focused media company and direct marketer, is teaming up with CosmoGIRL! Magazine to support its web site Cosmogirl.com. Alloy will design, host and provide technology tools for the web site using content from CosmoGIRL’s editorial team. Alloy will also provide advertising and marketing services for the site, which is expected to go live on August 6. The partnership will bring advertisers full service solutions that include customized sponsorships, advertorial integration, online newsletters, retail events and pages in CosmoGIRL magazine and Alloy catalogues. Alloy has a database of more than 7 million teens, while CosmoGIRL magazine has a subscription base of 750,000. Cosmogirl.com’s current site gets about 500,000 visitors per month while Alloy attracts more than 1 million visitors to its web site. Alloy reaches more than 10 million teens through its combined properties of web sites, catalogues and other vehicles.
