North Brunswick, NJ-based Netgrocer.com Inc. has reached a deal with another consumer packaged goods manufacturer to open a store-within-a-store, its third such deal.

Netgrocer today announced a deal with pharmaceutical company Schering-Plough to open a Coppertone suntan lotion store on the Netgrocer grocery web site. Schering- Plough sells suntan lotion brands including Endless Summer sunless tanning lotion and Waterbabies sunscreen.

The deal is part of Netgrocer’s “store within a store” program, which enables consumer packaged goods companies to sell their products via Netgrocer’s national distribution model, as well as to take advantage of cobranding opportunities throughout the site. Netgrocer also has deals with SC Johnson and Colgate Palmolive.
