Chicago-based pay-for-performance online marketing network Performics Inc. has partnered with Asia-Pacific’s largest loyalty marketing company, Australia-based PinPoint Pty. Ltd., to launch an affiliate marketing program, CyberAffiliates. Performics will supply its propriety transaction-tracking technology to the strategic alliance, while Pinpoint will supply the local marketing expertise. “With the growing demand for e-commerce worldwide, we have seen a parallel rise in the demand for performance-based marketing,” says Performics CEO James Crouthamel.

Jupiter Media Metrix ranks Australia as one of the most wired countries, ranking sixth in online household access behind the U.S., Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway. CyberAffiliates has become the largest affiliate program in Australia. It plans to expand into the Pacific Rim in the near future.
