COLUMBUS, GA – The W.C. Bradley Co. Home Leisure Group announces that Bradley Direct, formerly a business unit within the company’s Char-Broil operations, will now be a separate operating division.
The new division, headquartered in Columbus, GA, is a direct response marketing, order processing and fulfillment company. The business provides fully integrated third party fulfillment services to clients doing consumer direct sales via internet and/or catalog.
Connie Warner has been named the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bradley Direct unit. She most recently served within the company as VP, Director of Bradley Direct.
“Connie has been instrumental in building our direct marketing business unit into a powerhouse,” said Tim Horne, President of the W.C. Bradley Co. Home Leisure Group. “She has guided us through the expansion of our own catalog business into a major internet presence. Along the way her team has developed the products and know-how that we can sell to outside organizations in need of similar competencies.”
Nick McNair, formerly the company’s Operations Manager has been named VP of Operations, and Len Lyons, formerly Controller, is now the division’s Director of Finance.
The Bradley Direct facilities include a customer care center, data center and fulfillment operations utilizing state-of-the-art multi media order processing, telephone and e-commerce systems to support its clients. Current clients include Grill Lover’s Catalog, PGA Tour Stop Catalog, USAECS, Ranger Boats Catalog, Pickles and Ice Cream Maternity Apparel Catalog, and Char-Broil warranty services.
Bradley Direct is a division of the W. C. Bradley Co. Home Leisure Group. Other group companies include Char-Broil and Bradley Leisure Products both of Columbus, GA and Lamplight Farms of Menomonee Falls, WI.
