Shoppers are now shown complete outfits and can get information on styles colors and trends. The site also has a gift registry and gift finder as well as a two-click checkout for registered shoppers. "We wanted to a create a customer-centric shopping experience, not a product-oriented experience" said Paul Pappajohn, president of JCPenney.com. "They can take different search paths depending on how they are shopping."
