DirectNet Advertising Launches Latest Innovation in Email Marketing

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - (March 14, 2001) - DirectNet Advertising.net (DNA), Inc. has launched P3 Ô, a powerful, revolutionary marketing system that integrates traditional online advertising with opt-in email marketing to drive volumes of motivated, qualified buyers right to the advertiser`s web site, all on a pay-for-performance basis.

This complex system has been in development and beta testing by DNA, a leading provider of e-marketing services, for six months.

"The potential of P3 for our clients is staggering," says DNA CEO Paul Soltoff. "Not only does it deliver high volumes of targeted, qualified and confirmed traffic directly to the advertiser`s site, but it`s virtually risk free because it operates on a pay-per-purchaser basis, hence the psuedo-acronym P3."

Under P3, DNA uses its funds to buy opt-in media throughout its extensive network of web publishers, thus generating huge volumes of candidates who fit the advertiser`s target demographics. Each automatically receives a special edition of ValuDeskÔ, the Company`s HTML email newsletter, which prominently features information on the requested offer.

For example, one of DNA`s first P3 clients, one of the nation`s leading retailers, is offering a free CD and trial membership to its discount club for pet owners. To get the CD, recipients confirm their interest by linking to the offer through the email. The advertiser pays only for each actual enrollment or purchase that occurs on their site.

"P3 serves as a giant virtual funnel, pouring volumes of consumers from a web site to an email marketing campaign, then reconfirming only the most interested recipients through a link, and finally generating a sale," says Soltoff. "That web-to-email integration, coupled with its powerful qualification capabilities and risk-free nature, is why P3 is taking e-marketing to the next level."

Based in St. Petersburg, Fla., DirectNet Advertising.net, Inc. (www.directnetadvertising.net) is one of the largest cost-per-action (CPA) marketing service providers across the web. The Company, with offices in New York and Santa Monica, Calif., develops highly scalable, automated and cost-effective systems and technologies to facilitate the highest volume and highest ROI CPA e-marketing programs. DNA specializes in providing advertisers new customers on a pay-per-performance basis, including online advertising and highly targeted email marketing campaigns drawn from its massive, permission-based proprietary database of more than 5 million double opt-in email addresses.
