RightNow Technologies adds 600 customers in 2000

RightNow Technologies, a leading provider of Web customer service solutions, today announced that over 1,000 companies have selected RightNow Web, the company's web customer service suite. RightNow added more than 600 customers during 2000. New customers include Hasbro, J.D. Power Clubs and the U.S. Postal Service. RightNow Web's rapid market acceptance is directly attributable to the product's ease of deployment, rapid return on investment and extensive feature set.
