RightNow Technologies, a leading provider of Web customer service solutions, today announced that over 1,000 companies have selected RightNow Web, the company's web customer service suite. RightNow added more than 600 customers during 2000. New customers include Hasbro, J.D. Power Clubs and the U.S. Postal Service. RightNow Web's rapid market acceptance is directly attributable to the product's ease of deployment, rapid return on investment and extensive feature set. "We've seen strong growth across all market segments, from technology and consumer products companies to government agencies and blue chip brick and mortar companies," said Greg Gianforte, CEO and chairman of RightNow Technologies. "These companies are all affected by the Internet and how it encourages customers to directly communicate with them. RightNow Web helps companies make this communication effective and efficient."
