Chocolatier Godiva.com is using technology from LivePerson Inc. to allow consumers to chat live with Godiva chocolate experts while shopping on the site. In keeping with the Godiva's mission of launching a Web site in 1995, to translate the Godiva boutique experience into an online environment, the company chose the LivePerson technology to further personalize the consumer's online shopping experience.
