Horse Web Site Aims to Corral Shoppers

Looking for a saddle? Or how about some of that hoof cream? The horsy set will get its own online shopping mall with the planned launch Sept. 1 of a web store on Clipclip.com, one of the largest providers of horse-related content on the Internet. The site, which already offers education, news and entertainment from the equestrian world, will provide one of the largest shopping locations for horse riders and horse owners. As the exclusive equine sponsor of http://www.olympics.com/, the official web site of the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, the new online mall timed its debut to draw traffic from the 2 billion hits expected at the Olympic site during the course of the games.
