Hanover Direct Subsidiary, Keystone Internet Services Signs Multi-year Agreement With SmartBargains

Hanover Direct Inc. announced today that Retail Convergence Inc. has entered into a contractual agreement with Keystone Internet Services, the company's e-commerce services provider.

Keystone will provide telemarketing and merchandise fulfillment services for SmartBargains, a shopping web site launching this month providing customers branded and quality merchandise at prices up to 80% off. Under the terms of the agreement, Keystone will provide telemarketing and merchandise fulfillment services including call services, receiving and warehousing of product; picking, packing, processing and shipping; and special processing/handling programs. SmartBargains product will be warehoused in Keystone's 700,000 square-foot state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Maumelle, Arkansas.
