Online educational store and parent resource SmarterKids.com has instituted a free shipping reward program for customers. Effective immediately, SmarterKids.com customers who make cumulative purchases in 2000 totaling $150 or more will automatically receive free standard domestic shipping on any additional orders of $25 or more through December 31, 2000, says the Needham, Mass.-based company. Purchases made since January 1, 2000, will count toward the $150 goal, it adds. Customers can check their progress towards the free shipping reward on the My Account page and in their shopping cart.
Recent SmarterKids.com survey results indicated extremely high levels of customer satisfaction in the areas of on-time delivery, condition of order and overall quality, the company says.
