Flooz.com Inc., an online stored-value gift currency for consumers and businesses is flying high. The company reports a 273% increase in online transactions for the month of May according to the NextCard eCommerce Movers Index.

Flooz.com, which is accepted as payment at many of the Web's top retail sites, ranked 29th in NextCard's survey, breaking into the top 30 for the first time. Flooz.com jumped 72 places, more than any other Web destination, and maintained its position as the largest gift site on the Internet. The company attributes the increase to a successful Mother's Day campaign that incorporated television, print, radio and online advertising.

The NextCard eCommerce Index measures the number of monthly online transactions by approximately 337,000 NextCard cardholders and lists the top 30 online merchants, top 10 gainers and top five losers.
