Egghead.com Inc. has revamped its web site to better address the needs of its core small- to medium-sized business customers. Changes range from adding a streamlined masthead and a simpler design to adding new category functions such as "networking" and "accessories" and direct links to Egghead's business solutions center. Egghead.com also has consolidated all of its non-auction consumer-oriented products into a single "after work" category to make shopping for these goods easier. The site also added new government and education centers to meet the needs of customer in those markets.
