CHAMP selects eB2B Commerce to communicate with retailers over the web

Don Davis

Editor in Chief

CHAMP, a division of MacNeill Engineering Worldwide, designers and manufacturers of golf spikes and accessory products, has selected eB2B Commerce Inc., a provider of business-to-business e-commerce solutions, to enable web-based transaction processing and real-time communications with retailers via the Internet. CHAMP joins sporting goods manufacturers such as Spalding, Cross Creek, Adams, Bike, Twin City, and Cramer in using eB2B Commerce's technology. eB2B Commerce Systems now has approximately 150 retailers and 1,600 manufacturers on its system. CHAMP, which boasts more than 125 golf products and accessories in its high-end equipment line, will outsource the development of its business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure to eB2B Commerce, which will automate CHAMP's relationships with its retailers over the Internet. By creating a seamless connection to its retailers, CHAMP expects to reduce transaction processing costs, improve customer service and generate new business.
