Pearl River, N.Y.-based Frontline plans to launch iShopNetworks' beta prototype later this month. A full rollout of iShopNetworks to the business and consumer markets is planned for this fall, it says.

MySmallBizNetwork.com, the venture's proprietary business-to-business channel, will focus on reaching U.S. entrepreneurs and small businesses, the company says.
